Transparent Pricing

Our rates, posted right here.

Why do we post our cost of care when many providers don't? Because families have a lot to weigh, and cost is one of it. We believe you shouldn't have to call five agencies just to get a straight answer.

Ways to pay

Using long-term care insurance

Our team helps policyholders understand and verify their long-term care insurance benefits, and guides you through reviewing and filing a claim so you can start receiving benefits. Call us for a free long-term care insurance assessment, and we'll coordinate a call with you and your carrier to:

Identify your policy's requirements — elimination periods, daily maximum, lifetime benefits, and coverage
Bill the carrier directly, at the policyholder's request
Help you complete the forms needed to file a claim
Handle scheduling, payroll taxes, workers' comp, bonding, and liability insurance

Most policies pay for home care once a policyholder needs help with at least two activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring, feeding, grooming) or has a cognitive impairment. We have relationships with many carriers and third-party administrators to make the claims process easier.
